He was not cared for properly and they did not make his room comfortable and or homey in any way. They need to frequently monitor their staff and hire qualified and compassionate individuals, especially for the amount of money that they charged to have my grandfather placed there. I say "PLACE THERE" boldly because that's exactly what happened to my grandfather.

Difficult to get phone calls returned from some of the RNs and management. Some CNAs are not nice and are mean to residents. There are some very good people there but it is a management problem with addresing issues with staff. I don't think I have enough space to document how bad this place is.
